Payment Terms

Effective Date: 2025 July 01

1. Standard Rates

All pricing aligns with Florida notary regulations and reflects the time, expertise, and tools required to ensure a smooth online notarization experience.

  • $25 base notarization
          (Includes one document and one signer, no witnesses)

  • +$10 for each additional document

  • +$5 for each additional signer

  • +$5 per witness provided by the client

  • +$10 per witness sourced by Anne For You, LLC

If your session includes more than 5 documents, more than 2 signers, or more than 2 witnesses, please email me with your session details. I’ll prepare a custom quote just for you.

2. Payment & Scheduling

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Urgent or same-day appointments may incur an additional fee.

  • If you’re running late, I’ll wait up to 10 minutes before the session is marked as missed. After that, you’ll need to re-book and pay a rescheduling fee.

  • Appointments that require rescheduling on the same day will incur a fee based on document volume:
    • $15 for signings with up to 5 documents
    • $30 for signings with more than 5 documents

    These fees help account for the time reserved and preparation already completed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  1. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, payment is non-refundable.

  2. If a technical issue on my end prevents the session, I will offer a reschedule or refund—your choice.
