  • BlueNotary: a secure platform for conducting and storing remote online notarizations

  • Google Drive (private business account): used for encrypted storage of non-notarial business files

  • Private Web Server: used for basic business operations and communication, maintained with up-to-date security protocols

All stored files are protected by access controls, two-factor authentication where applicable, and regular system audits to minimize risk. Only authorized personnel (that’s just Anne, folks) have access.

You have the right to:

  • Request copies of any documents you submitted for notarization

  • Inquire how your information is being used

  • Request deletion of your information, where legally permissible

Please note: Notarial records must be retained for a period defined by Florida law and cannot be deleted upon request.
