Terms of Service & Legal Disclosures

1. General Terms

By accessing or using this website and booking services through Anne For You, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

  • All services provided are professional, administrative, and notarial in nature.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a notarization session.

  • Anne For You, LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inappropriate behavior, or incomplete documentation.

2. Service Scope

Anne For You, LLC provides Remote Online Notarization (RON) and administrative services only.

  • Legal Advice Disclaimer: I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or guidance regarding your documents. If you are unsure of your document’s contents or legal effect, please consult with a licensed attorney before booking.

  • Witness Responsibility: If you are providing your own witness(es), it is your responsibility to ensure they are legally qualified to serve in that role. I cannot determine or advise on witness eligibility.

3. Booking & Payment Policies

  • All session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show.

4. Document Handling & Retention

  • Session recordings and signed documents are securely stored in accordance with Florida law and platform requirements.

  • I retain digital records for the legally mandated period only. You may request a copy of your notarized document within that time-frame.

  • I do not retain physical copies of any documents.

5. Liability

Anne For You, LLC is not responsible for errors in documents submitted by the client. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legal sufficiency of their documents prior to the session.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided will be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
